Lincoln Park

One of Chicago’s most frequented parks, with over 20 million visitors a year.

Welcome to Lincoln Park

Chicago’s most desirable community to live and grow in.

Lincoln Park is a lakefront community on the North end of Chicago, Illinois. Lincoln Park was named after the neighborhood park and, while the park now stretches past the confines of the community, it is still a community staple. The 1,208-acre Lincoln Park is one of Chicago’s most frequented parks, with over 20 million visitors a year. Not only is the park a verdant gem, but it also houses some of the must-see sights the community of Lincoln Park has to offer: Lincoln Park Zoo, the Chicago History Museum, the Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool, and the Lincoln Park Museum.

The community of Lincoln Park is connected to the surrounding Chicago area by the 18-mile-long John F. Kennedy Expressway and public transit operated by the Chicago Transit Authority. Residents who commute to the larger metropolitan area will find themselves where they need to be without a fuss. While the easy commute will intrigue potential residents, it’s really the skyline views, the lakefront properties, the tree-lined avenues, and the historic Chicago brick-style homes that will seal the deal.
